Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • This is a fixed-term apprenticeship, typically lasting 18-24 months, but it may be shorter or longer depending on your skills and experience and the pace you complete the programme.
  • Travel: Occasional travel to other schools in the region when needed – Barton Hill Academy, Hazelwood Academy, Offas Mead Academy, The Ridge Academy, Brockworth Primary Academy.
  • Requirements: Driver’s license and access to a car are essential.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Diagnosing and resolving issues with Windows, Apple, and Chrome devices.
  • Supporting AV systems, software roll-outs, and asset management.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Working alongside third-party partners and your team, you’ll learn how to solve problems and deliver IT support that makes a difference to the people who rely on it.
