What You’ll Do

  • Provide helpdesk and desk-side support
  • Troubleshoot networking, phones, workstations, printers, and applications
  • Install and update hardware and software
  • Manage tickets, assist with servers, and support infrastructure
  • Work directly with vendors and team members to solve challenges

What You Bring

  • IT program graduate or relevant experience/certifications
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Flexibility for on-call coverage
  • Already living in Banff or Canmore (onsite role)
