· Assist pupils and staff with technical problems
· Deploy operating systems, updates and software
· Maintain support servers
· Support networks and Backup systems
· Repair and maintain I.T. and audio visual equipment
· Occasional projects to implement new services
· Deal with suppliers and support companies
