ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an IT Support Technician with at least 12 months of hands-on experience in desktop support to join our collaborative and forward-thinking IT team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and working with a variety of technologies in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware and software issues across the business
• Respond to service desk tickets and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and IT equipment
• Support user account management via Active Directory and Office 365
• Assist with IT equipment moves, upgrades, and installations
• Collaborate with the wider IT team to troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed
• Contribute to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of assets and service desk activity
