We are currently seeking an Onsite Network Support Technician to provide dispatch services on an as-needed basis. The selected partner will receive a few service calls per month to support basic hardware tasks.
Mandatory Skills: Fortinet/CheckPoint/Juniper/Italian Language
Preferred Skills: Tufin
Experience: 4-5 years in firewalling area
Engagement Duration: 1 year, with possibility of extension

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic networking hardware knowledge
• Availability for on-site dispatch within agreed SLA times
• Previous experience with IT field support or network installations
• Spanish and English language proficiency is required
• Professionalism and punctuality
