We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Support Technician to join our team. This role focuses on providing technical support, remote troubleshooting, and device management across a range of environments. The ideal candidate is resourceful, client-focused, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a small team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting (remote and onsite)
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments
  • Experience with device deployment and software installation
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g., DHCP, DNS, firewalls)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
  • Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment
