Position Responsibilities

  • Technical Troubleshooting – Resolve IT issues both onsite and remotely, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Device & System Maintenance – Configure, upgrade, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and servers.
  • Networking & Security – Troubleshoot network connectivity and manage security protocols.
  • New User Onboarding – Set up and configure accounts, devices, and permissions.
  • Preventative Maintenance – Perform system health checks to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Documentation & Compliance – Maintain technical records and ensure adherence to IT best practices.
  • Other Duties – Support additional IT-related projects as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education & Experience – Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ Years of IT Support Experience – Preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Tech Savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Office, hardware troubleshooting, and network management.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to think quickly and find efficient solutions.
  • Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal abilities to assist users at all levels.
  • Attention to Detail – From hardware repairs to system security, precision matters.
  • Ability to Pass Pre-Employment Testing – Includes a drug test and physical exam.
