Key Responsibilities:

  • · Conduct daily ticket/queue management.
  • · Provide support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting/ticket management skills
  • · Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability by end users
  • · Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for windows workstations and mobility support/management
  • · Should have practitioner level knowledge in O365 applications.

    • Should be aware of command languages for remotely installing and managing the applications

    • · Repair or replace damaged hardware like laptops/desktops/iPad
    • · Upgrade the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers as per client standards
    • · Installing and upgrading anti-virus software on the computer to ensure security standards are met as defined by client
    • · Establish good rapport with all departments and colleagues.
    • · Manage Inventory – Create Forecast for the upcoming months and order the hardware based on the requirements.
    • · Shipping and Receiving – Shipping damaged/faulty OEM equipment’s and receiving replacements
    • · Handle Shipments and Vendor Equipment Deliveries at the deskside solution spot
    • · Manage technical documentation and ability to create new knowledge base articles where required.

    Essential Skills:

    • A good level of experience in ServiceNow and Deskside support roles with good communication skills in English and Dutch
    • A strong experience in supporting end user computing + understanding of Office applications is required
    • Mobility device management and Windows Intune
    • Windows 10/11 OS imaging skills
    • Dutch and English mandatory
    • Should have a car so he can commute and support 2 days at OSS and 3 days at Boxmeer (46 kms apart)

    Pay: €3.000,00 - €4.000,00 per month
