Hardware & Software Installation: Setting up, configuring, and updating laptops, desktops, printers, and software applications. Network Maintenance: Monitoring and supporting LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls. User Management: Creating, managing, and maintaining user accounts (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365). Security & Data Protection: Installing anti-virus, updating security patches, and ensuring data security protocols are followed.
