REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a technical support role or similar capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in operating systems including Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Remedy.
  • Experience with firewall management and security protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot software issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with users at all levels of technical proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring optimal performance of computer networking systems.
  • Monitor and maintain firewall configurations to protect the organization’s data and resources.
  • Utilize tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Remedy for tracking issues and managing service requests.
  • Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment and assist in the installation of new hardware and software.
  • Document technical processes and create user guides to enhance the knowledge base within the organization.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to develop solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends to provide informed recommendations for system improvements.
