Description
Description Support, diagnose, and resolve issues related to end user hardware and software. Provide timely professional support to users across office and manufacturing environments. Troubleshoot login, access, and basic application issues (Microsoft Windows, MS365, Infor, other PC applications). Set up, configure, update, and deploy new user devices (PCs, scanners, printers, etc.). Install and maintain approved software applications. Perform routine maintenance, updates, and replacements. Assist users with IT issues related to use of Microsoft Windows, Office, and Infor applications. Document recurring issues, fixes, and system configurations. Escalate complex issues appropriately while owning resolution follow-through. Assist with other IT projects, upgrades, and rollouts as assigned. Maintain accurate asset and user records. Follow established security and access control procedures. End user training where appropriate for IT related topics. Requirements Associate degree, certification, or coursework in IT or related field. CompTIA A+ or similar entry-level certification. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments. Basic experience supporting Windows PCs, printers, and common business software required. Exposure to manufacturing systems or barcode scanning devices preferred. Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting windows PCs, software, and related peripherals. Cautious and thoughtful, with actions demonstrating an understanding of the critical nature of IT and security. Strong customer service mindset with patience and professionalism when working on challenging user problems. Requires excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability. Must be well organized, curious, detail oriented, and a reliable self-starter. Demonstrated ability to maintain cooperative, diplomatic working relationships at all levels of the company, even during high-stress situations. Work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues and vendors. Willingness to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
