Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Technician to join our dynamic team focused on providing seamless technical assistance within our healthcare clinic environment. As an IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of clinic-specific technology, allowing our healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care. Responsibilities: Installing: Assembling and configuring hardware and peripheral components for workstations, encompassing tasks such as setting up monitors, desktops, and printers. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues to maintain a reliable technology infrastructure. User Support: Provide responsive and effective support to clinic staff, addressing inquiries related to software applications, medical devices, and IT systems. Ticket Management: Log and manage support requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of all issues. Communication: Clearly and concisely communicate technical information to non-technical users, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of hardware configurations, software installations, and troubleshooting procedures to enhance support efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with IT professionals and healthcare providers to address technical challenges and implement solutions. Security: Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and privacy regulations, such as HIPAA, to safeguard patient information.
