About You: You are a detail-oriented IT support professional who values human connection. You are comfortable working from tickets, following documented procedures, and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical users. You understand when to resolve issues independently and when escalation is the right path. Your Impact In this role, you will: Restore employee productivity by resolving IT support tickets efficiently using documented procedures Provide clear, professional communication to users regarding issue status, timelines, and next steps Support secure and reliable workstations through patching, maintenance, and compliance checks Prepare and provision devices and system access to ensure smooth employee onboarding and offboarding Administer user accounts and access in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID according to approved requests Maintain accurate IT asset records throughout the device lifecycle Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and outcomes to support knowledge sharing and audits Escalate out-of-scope or blocked issues with complete context to ensure timely resolution Requirements 2+ years of experience in an IT support, service desk, or help desk role Experience working in a ticket-based IT support environment Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 user administration (licensing, mailboxes, access changes) Experience supporting Windows and/or macOS workstations Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work onsite in College Station, Texas Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ITSM tools Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune and/or Jamf Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID or Active Directory Experience supporting employee onboarding and offboarding Basic scripting or PowerShell experience Familiarity with IT documentation and escalation processes Benefits: We’re invested in the people who make our success possible.
