• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including LAN setups.
• Manage help desk requests using Remedy or similar ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance on desktop computers and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
• Document technical procedures and maintain inventory of IT equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in IT processes and services.
• Proficient in various operating systems, particularly Windows.
• Strong knowledge of LAN technologies and network troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience in software troubleshooting and desktop support.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively assist users with varying levels of technical expertise.

  Pay: $16.99 - $20.50 per hour
