• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including connectivity problems.
• Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as needed.
• Maintain documentation of IT processes and inventory.
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with hardware components and peripherals.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
