YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering IT support, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Relevant experience with pharmaceutical systems and ITIL methodology
  • Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, Server hardware, client and server operating systems
  • Strong relationship-building, team-working, and communication skills
  • Both Italian and English fluency (written and spoken)
  • A proactive, action-oriented, and self-motivated approach
  • The ability to work cooperatively across the organization to achieve shared objectives
  • A collaborative mindset, focusing on performance and outcomes, and the ability to manage complexity and make quality decisions
Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As an IT Technician at LEO Pharma, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure at the Segrate production site.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing daily support for local systems, applications, and infrastructure
  • Ensuring stable, predictable, and reliable IT services, while promoting continuous improvement in productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Supporting and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure, resolving incidents and requests according to agreed SLAs
  • Collaborating with global IT teams to align local requirements with global projects and standards
  • Assisting with the preparation of documents for inspections and audits, and maintaining IT disaster recovery procedures
  • Providing technical assistance to the Engineering Department and system administration for laboratory systems/applications
