WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Calendar Management: Keep schedules up-to-date and well-organized for the executive team.
• Blog Writing: Write and publish blog posts for the website to engage our audience.
• Social Media Management: Create and post engaging content across social media platforms.
• Client Support: Answer client calls, create support tickets, and provide basic IT assistance.
• Team Scheduling: Coordinate schedules for team members providing advanced support.
• Process Documentation: Maintain and document both internal and client-specific processes.
• Industry Research: Stay up-to-date on client software and relevant industry changes.
• Miscellaneous Office Activities: Assist with various administrative and operational tasks as needed.
• Marketing & Outreach: Help with lead generation, client follow-ups, and other marketing efforts.
• Account Management: Build and maintain positive client and partner relationships.
• Communication: Oversee inboxes, draft professional correspondence, and promptly respond to inquiries.
• Real-Time Assistance: Provide responsive support during designated working hours.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all tasks are completed with attention to detail and efficiency.
