This is a role for someone who loves a busy hands-on people-centred environment. You will work across the school ensuring that staff and children have a positive IT experience day in, day out as you help them with peripherals, software and hardware issues and sorting out problems efficiently, and with the help of the IT Manager when needed. You will use the help desk system to record effectively and in a timely manner and get involved in large IT projects as the IT Manager’s second-in-command.
You will love being part of the wider school life with a part to play in videoing (including drone work), photography and getting involved with the social media visuals and having a creative input into the process, as well as working with the Head of Digital Learning and IT Manager for development of IT and resources for the children.
You will be conscientious in your work, will build good relationships with colleagues and will look for opportunities to continue your own professional development.
