About the Role As an IT Technician, you'll be the go-to person for technical support, ensuring smooth operations for our team and the critical work they do for kids and families. Your responsibilities will include: Provisioning user accounts and resolving connectivity issues. Troubleshooting equipment abnormalities. Managing helpdesk tickets and meeting service level agreements (SLAs) within two business days. Supporting staff in your assigned region, with occasional travel as required. Collaborating with a forward-thinking IT team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
