Truro and Penwith Academy Trust, are seeking to appoint a dynamic and committed Mobile IT Technician with experience of supporting users, and to contribute to the delivery of an effective IT Support Service throughout the trust. To respond to identified needs, ensure continuity of service and achieve planned reporting objectives and deadlines. This role requires the successful candidate to provide day-to-day first line support in the running and maintenance of the schools IT systems including hardware, software, servers, and infrastructure. The strength of the trusts IT support team is built on the technicians who work hard to provide the very best support and service to teachers and students to ensure a reliable teaching and learning environment.
