JOB SUMMARY:

The IT Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems, providing technical support, and ensuring our IT infrastructure operates efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as an IT Technician or relevant role
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
• Familiarity with cloud services and remote support tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team
• Relevant IT qualifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications) are desirable

• Provide first-line technical support to internal staff via phone, email, or in person
• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, printers, and networks
• Troubleshoot system and network issues, diagnosing and solving faults
• Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
• Liaise with external vendors for repairs and maintenance as needed
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference
