We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic IT Technician who is keen to innovate and learn more about their field, keeping up-to-date with recent advances in software and hardware available within the educational sphere, whilst working alongside with external IT Support. We are looking for an individual with at least one years’ experience of working within IT.
With six ICT suites able to accommodate full classes, multiple mobile computing units containing brand new laptops and a wide range of best-in-class educational software, the successful candidate will have a considerable array of tools available to to manage and support the teaching across the school.

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing IT-related issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware problems, ensuring efficient operation of desktop systems.
• Maintain effective communication with staff to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Assist in computer networking tasks and support VPN configurations as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance IT support processes and improve customer satisfaction.

  Pay: £14,819.00 per year
