FilterEasy is private-equity backed by Great Hill Partners. We are seeking a part-time IT Support Specialist to support the day-to-day technology needs of our air filter manufacturing operations. This role ensures our production floor, office staff, and warehouse teams can work efficiently and securely. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Requirements Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support for employees (hardware, software, network issues). Maintain, troubleshoot, and update PCs, printers, scanners, and label printers used in production and shipping. Manage user accounts, permissions, and device setups in Jump cloud, Google, AWS, and WMS Monitor and maintain basic network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, switches, cabling). Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patching on systems and equipment. Document common procedures, troubleshooting steps, and equipment inventory. Support IT-related projects Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role. Working knowledge of Windows and Apple devices, Microsoft 365, and common business applications. Familiarity with manufacturing IT environments (ERP systems, production devices, barcoding/labeling) is a plus. Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi). Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and support both office and production environments. Schedule & Compensation Part-time: 15–25 hours per week (flexible scheduling). Occasional on-call support for production-critical issues. Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
