About the Role The IT Technician role is an opportunity for a technical individual with an interest in a fast-paced technical global IT landscape, including corporate, production, infrastructures. This role supports the global IT corporate and production teams. Responsibilities: Monitor and troubleshoot global helpdesk tickets seeing them to resolution or escalation when necessary Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources Multi facility support Out of hours/on-call/shift work required Check workability and flag to PMs what files are late with no warning (which become urgent at that moment) Ability to work effectively within a team environment, both taking direction from and supporting other colleagues Windows, Linux, MacOS experience desired Strong analytical and problem solving skills Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer.
