JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring an intermediate IT Technician to provide ongoing support and consultation for our private business clients.
In this position we are looking for technicians who are experienced and have a strong desire to help people. IT Technicians will interact with team members at both the coworker level and at the executive level, while manage a variety of advanced technology systems.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in IT support or technical support roles with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Familiarity with computer networking concepts such as LAN setup and firewall management.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in both software applications and computer hardware issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
    We are looking for experienced IT technicians who love what they do and love helping people.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
