DESCRIPTION

As our IT Technician in Los Angeles, you will be the technology backbone of our growing organization. Based in our North Hollywood office, you will be the sole IT support person for our on-site and remote teams, providing comprehensive IT support and infrastructure management to ensure seamless daily operations.
This role requires a self-driven approach to identifying areas for improvement, creating clear documentation, and delivering user-friendly technical support for employees with varying levels of technical knowledge.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in managing business networks, including internet setups and access points.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues.
• Direct experience with conference room A/V setup and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with business applications such as Google Workspace, Shopify, or Asana.
• A foundational knowledge of cybersecurity practices and phishing prevention.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Industry certifications such as Google IT Certification or similar.
• Experience supporting warehouse IT operations (e.g., scanners, label printers).
• Skills in managing and troubleshooting CCTV systems.
• Experience supporting users with remote collaboration tools in a hybrid work environment.

  Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year, with the opportunity for a monthly performance bonus of up to 10%.
  Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

• Act as the primary, hands-on IT support contact for 30+ employees across three buildings and for remote staff.
• Maintain and optimize core IT systems, including network setup, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi access points, and CCTV systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, and manage all audio and video (A/V) equipment for conference rooms.
• Track, maintain, and manage the procurement of all IT hardware, including laptops, desktops, and network equipment.
• Lead cybersecurity awareness initiatives, including phishing prevention training and security protocol updates.
• Proactively stay updated on business tools like Shopify, ShipStation, Asana, and Google Workspace to support our teams effectively.
• Create and maintain clear, up-to-date technical documentation for all IT systems and processes.
