OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
The IT Support Technician plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Re-Gen’s IT infrastructure. The primary purpose of this role is to provide technical support to end-users, maintain hardware and software systems, and contribute to the overall efficiency and security of the IT environment. By addressing and resolving IT issues promptly, the IT Support Technician helps to minimise disruptions, enhance user productivity, and safeguard the integrity of the company’s data. This position is instrumental in supporting the technological needs of the organisation and ensuring that IT resources align with the broader objectives of the Re-Gen Group.
