Description

We’re on the lookout for an IT Help Desk Technician to join our esteemed team of IT experts. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our valued customers, addressing incoming support tickets, executing operational tasks, configuring systems, conducting installations and training sessions. Your adeptness in managing tasks efficiently and handling multiple assignments simultaneously, coupled with keen attention to detail, will be pivotal for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
· Timely resolution of incidents and trouble tickets.
· Conducting health checks on customer networks.
· Managing data protection operations and administration.
· Self-motivated, quick learner and able to multitask.
· Recording support actions and logging resolutions in a clear and concise manner
· Overseeing Windows server patch management.
· Facilitating desktop/laptop installations for clients.
· Performing preventive maintenance and other IT duties as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Diploma in Computer System Technology or equivalent.
· Preferably 2 years of experience in Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
· Proficiency in Microsoft 365, G-Suite, and Microsoft Azure.
· Experience with VMware vSphere/Hyper-V virtualization.
· Preferably 2 years of experience in VPN, switching VLAN, DHCP & DNS.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products.
· Preferably 2 years of experience in networking and routing.
· Strong customer service skills.
· Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
· Self-motivated, proactive, quick learner, and adept at multitasking.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
· Proficiency in working with ticketing systems.
Proficient in English (both verbal and written).
