SUMMARY

We are seeking an IT Technician to join our dedicated team at St Anne’s Nursing Home in Southampton. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential IT support to ensure the smooth operation of our technology systems, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality care.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in IT support or desktop support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for software issues.
  • Experience with help desk software such as ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: £12.05-£16.00 per hour
