An IT help desk technician provides technical support to users experiencing computer issues. They are often the first point of contact for customers.

*Responsibilities: *

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure at three sites: one in-person in Rosarito, Mexico, and two remote in California and Canada.
  • Manage and resolve technical support tickets.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for the acquisition and maintenance of IT equipment and services.
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures.
  • Ensure the correct functioning of the company’s networks and systems.

Experiencia y requisitos

  • Experience:

** Minimum 2 years in a similar role.

  • High level of English.
  • Live in Rosarito, Santa Fe or surroundings.
  • Degree in informatics, computer sciences or related.
  • Technical Skills: **
  • Network management.
  • Cyber security.
  • Management of Office and ERP software.
  • Additional Skills: **
  • Ticket management.
  • Supplier management.
  • Sense of urgency.
