An IT help desk technician provides technical support to users experiencing computer issues. They are often the first point of contact for customers.
*Responsibilities: *
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure at three sites: one in-person in Rosarito, Mexico, and two remote in California and Canada.
- Manage and resolve technical support tickets.
- Coordinate with suppliers for the acquisition and maintenance of IT equipment and services.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures.
- Ensure the correct functioning of the company’s networks and systems.
Experiencia y requisitos
- Experience:
** Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
- High level of English.
- Live in Rosarito, Santa Fe or surroundings.
- Degree in informatics, computer sciences or related.
- Technical Skills: **
- Network management.
- Cyber security.
- Management of Office and ERP software.
- Additional Skills: **
- Ticket management.
- Supplier management.
- Sense of urgency.
