JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of computer management, networking, and customer service to effectively assist users with their IT needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in technical support or IT help desk roles.
  • JamF knowledge of MDM solutions for Apple products.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and other common software tools.
  • Experience in managing IT infrastructure, including networking concepts such as LAN, VPN, and firewall configurations.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of Active Directory and Office admin portals.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $22.50 - $33.75 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week
