JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Primary Responsibilities (some after-hours and on-call work will be required):

o Business Operations (Junior Systems Admin is backup)

• Account creation/change/deletion/reset, etc.
• Audit accuracy and consistency of employee IT account details
• File restore requests (where self-service is not available)
• Desktop hardware (including OS) deployment & maintenance
• Printer (thermal labels, laser, inkjet) setup & maintenance
• Mobile device (handheld scanners, phones, etc.) deployment and maintenance

o Security Operations (in conjunction with senior staff as needed):

• Regularly audit the NMS logs to identify, and inform business leaders of any threats

o Assist Junior and Senior System Admins with:

• Various IT-related tasks and projects where time allows (learning opportunity)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

o Diploma(s) and/or certificate(s) from a recognized institute for at least ONE discipline:

• Advanced Powershell Language
• Basic Linux and/or Windows OS theory, installation, and operation
• Azure cloud operations
• Cisco CCNA
• Able to travel to USA and not prohibited from working under an L1B visa (sponsored by Think Logistics)

o Working knowledge of:

• SYSPRO Financial Software
• Power BI/MS-SSAS Cube data models
• Power BI Data Visualization software
• OpenNMS
• NetBox
• Sharepoint Online
• MS SQL Serve

o Working knowledge of:

• SYSPRO Financial Software
• Power BI/MS-SSAS Cube data models
• Power BI Data Visualization software
• OpenNMS
• NetBox
• Sharepoint Online
• MS SQL Server

o Project coordination or management
o Experience in a customer-facing support role
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 32 per week
