Are you an IT support professional who enjoys solving problems and helping people?We are looking for someone to provide day-to-day IT support to approximately 150 users in an international office in Amsterdam. You will also remotely support colleagues in Germany by phone and email.

• What we’re looking for:Some experience in IT support, helpdesk or a similar position
• Comfortable troubleshooting general hardware, software and user-access issues
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Fluent English and intermediate Dutch is preferred
• Based in or within commuting distance of Amsterdam
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands

💰 Salary: €3,000–€3,500 gross per month, depending on experience
