JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN IT TECHNICIAN AT VDK GROUP!

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented IT Technician to support and maintain our company’s IT infrastructure. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems and supporting staff across multiple departments. VDK Group is a dynamic and growing organization specializing in innovative solutions across multiple divisions including Overhead Doors, Windows & Custom Doors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2+ years of experience in an IT support or technician role
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems, Office 365, and common networking tools
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, user management, and basic networking concepts
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are considered an asset

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, network, and system issues
  • Set up, install, and configure workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and Office 365 environments
  • Monitor and manage network systems, backups, and IT security protocols
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
  • Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement and service coordination
  • Support regular updates, patches, and preventative maintenance on IT infrastructure
