QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, operating systems, and computer hardware
  • Experience in providing IT support and desktop support
  • Proficient in software troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Familiarity with macOS and Linux is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of help desk ticketing systems (e.g., Remedy) is a plus
  • Reliable
  • Able to lift 50lbs
  • Physically fit to work indoors and outdoors
  • Use of hand tools
  • Criminal record check.
    Must have a reliable vehicle as travel is required.
