Within Virtualization team you are responsible for 3rd level support, continuous service improvement and security compliance of underlaying technologies. In this role you will work closely with Architects, Service Owners, Subject Matter Experts and external workforce to ensure rock-solid and smooth operation of virtual workplace offerings. You will also ensure that we deliver the right products to our internal customers, ensuring the product meets customer needs and expectations, and maintaining a high security maturity.

Your tasks include the following:

• 3rd level support of virtual workplace environments
• Design and implement IT infrastructure, including security measures, primarily focusing on Virtualization topics such as Terminal Services, VDI, Jumphost and PAW based on Citrix, Microsoft and VMware both on-premises and in the cloud
• Participate in rotating on-call for support and troubleshooting
• Automate processes and create PowerShell scripts for efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with global team members to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality IT services
