As part of your normal duties, you will be responsible for:

• Leading Effective Engagement: Facilitate seamless coordination and communication with project teams, both on-site and off-site, ensuring effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Establishing Testing Standards: Set and uphold high standards for testing strategies, ensuring alignment with DHL’s best practices and industry standards. Continuously evaluate and refine testing methodologies to enhance effectiveness.
• Developing Comprehensive Test Scripts: Create, implement, and maintain detailed test scripts that adhere to DHL’s quality benchmarks, ensuring all scripts meet the required standards for accuracy and reliability.
• Driving Continuous Improvement: Actively identify opportunities for optimization in applications, implement best practices, and leverage new technologies. Collaborate with development teams to foster innovation and ensure applications meet evolving business needs.
• Providing Strategic Guidance: Offer expertise on testing strategy, test script writing, and planning. Ensure effective use of MF QC (ALM), oversee defect documentation, tracking, and resolution with resolver groups, and manage testing progress reporting across Ireland.
