OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. This role is essential in providing support and care to children with behavioral challenges, ensuring they receive the best possible guidance and intervention. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly in pediatric settings, and will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for our patients through effective behavior management strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with children in clinical or educational settings is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care practices is advantageous.
  • Background in special education or related fields is a plus.
  • Previous hospital experience or involvement in research related to pediatric care is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear interactions with patients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities
