Summary: The IT Tier 2 Support Technician will perform the following - Mobile Device Management (MDM). Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Client Configuration Management, End User Support. The duties will include planning, installation, maintenance during or after-work hours, troubleshooting, & managing all RSS servers & applications. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge of macOS, Windows, iOS, & Active Directory. Familiar w/ Ivanti Management Suite (or equivalent ITSM Platforms, & Windows imaging. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university Substitute w/ 3+ years of experience Training, Certifications, EXP, & Clearance Requirements: IAT Level II (CCNA Security/CSA+, GICSP/GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) Cert. & applicable CE/OS Cert. & Knowledge of macOS/Windows/iOS Preferred Qualifications: Secret Clearance Pay and Benefits The salary range for this position is $58,240.00 to $65,520.00 annually.
