We are recruiting for an IT Trainer to join our team in our Calgary, Vancouver, Toronto or Montreal office. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development - instructional design, curriculum design, writing and conducting training, leading workshops, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining e-learning modules, running new hire onboarding programs and using AI tools such as Copilot. McCarthy Tétrault employees benefit from a hybrid work environment with 3 days in the office per week.
