For our retraining program in IT specialist for system integration, starting in December 2026 at our new location in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a dedicated individual who is enthusiastic about sharing their practical knowledge.

The position is initially to be filled on a freelance basis , either part-time or full-time.

Tasks

• Designing specialist lessons: You will teach the modular content of IT for system integration in a practical way, including: IT basics, networks, operating systems (e.g. Windows, Linux and macOS), databases, IT systems engineering, programming and project management, and in this context you will also prepare our participants specifically for their IHK exams as well as for starting their careers.
• Building systems & networks: Together with the participants, you plan, configure and manage IT systems, networks and virtual environments.
• Security & Administration: You impart knowledge in the areas of Active Directory, VPN, DNS, data backup, WLAN and IT security, and support the understanding of complex relationships.
• Guiding learning processes: You support our participants with technical questions, promote their development and strengthen their confidence in their own abilities.
• Create a practical connection: Through your experience in the IT world, you connect theoretical content with concrete use cases from everyday professional life.

qualification

Training or studies: You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT specialist for application development or have a degree with an IT focus or a comparable qualification.

Professional experience: Ideally, you have practical experience in the areas of system administration, network technology, virtualization or IT infrastructure.

Passion for knowledge transfer: You enjoy guiding people, conveying knowledge in an understandable way, and promoting individual learning success.

Communication skills & demeanor: You impress with respectful communication, reliability and a positive attitude.

Digital competence: You are proficient in using Microsoft 365 and common digital tools as part of your daily work routine.
