As an IT trainer (m/f/d), you will work alongside eight other team members to mentor our IT trainees. You will play a key role in shaping the training program and teaching our trainees topics such as programming fundamentals, network technology, and much more.

In addition to supervising IT apprentices, you will also be responsible for our dual-study students. You can expect a varied workday with inquisitive young people and a diverse IT landscape.

Your contribution to the WE

• Identifying and formulating learning objectives and content in IT training (IT specialist, business informatics, software engineering)
• Conception and implementation of target group-oriented qualification measures
• practical knowledge transfer
• Documentation and verification of learning progress
• personal support for trainees and dual students
• Contact person for vocational trainers in the IT departments and Debeka Personnel Academy

• IT or teaching degree, dual training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification
• Prior practical experience or a strong affinity for IT training is desirable.
• Flexibility and identification with modern methods of knowledge transfer
• Enjoyment and interest in moderating groups and coaching trainees, dual-study students and interns (m/f/d)
• Ability to present knowledge in a target-group-oriented and structured manner.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, organizational talent
