Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer with a strong background in law firm technology environments to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for our attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience training users on legal applications, document management systems, and Microsoft Office tools within a professional services context. \n Responsibilities: Develop, deliver, and maintain IT training programs for end-users across all departments, focusing on both technical proficiency and workflow efficiency. Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring they are proficient in the firm’s technology stack. Create training materials, including user guides, quick reference sheets, and e-learning content tailored for legal professionals. Train users on key legal software systems, such as: Document Management Systems (e.g., iManage, NetDocuments) Practice Management or Billing Systems (e.g., Elite 3E, Aderant) Timekeeping, dictation, and case management tools Deliver group and one-on-one sessions, both in person and virtually, across multiple offices as required. Collaborate with IT and Practice Support teams to identify training needs and technology adoption gaps. Provide post-training support and serve as a technology resource for ongoing user assistance. Assist with technology rollouts and upgrades, developing training and communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions. Measure training effectiveness through feedback surveys and performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed. \n $70,000 - $85,000 a year \n
