About this job

Responsibilities:

Design and implementation of IT and digitalization initiatives in close collaboration with the Group Director IT.

Managing cross-functional IT transformation initiatives and structuring complex, still immature topics, such as new ERP strategies, AI initiatives or enterprise architecture governance, from conception to operational implementation.

Development and enhancement of demand, project, program, portfolio, and governance processes for transparent, value-oriented prioritization and implementation.

Preparation of management decisions on strategic topics such as ERP, AI, Enterprise Architecture or digitization initiatives through a clear presentation of goals, benefits, costs, risks and necessary decisions.

Promoting pragmatic, solution-oriented and implementation-driven collaboration with specialist departments, IT teams and external partners.


Profile:

Completed studies (university of applied sciences / university) or comparable qualification in the fields of IT, business, digitalization or organizational development.

3-5 years of experience in managing complex transformation, organizational or digitalization initiatives, ideally in an international corporate environment.

A solid understanding of business processes, IT organizations and modern digital technologies; experience with demand, project, program, portfolio, or governance issues is an advantage.

A pronounced ability to reduce complexity, quickly structure new topics, and consistently implement them.

Independent, structured and reliable work style with high initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.

Excellent communication, moderation and stakeholder management skills at different hierarchical levels.

Knowledge of common project management standards (IPMA Level D) is an advantage.

Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
