Your tasks:

• In this role, you coordinate and control all program-wide technical readiness activities and ensure a successful and stable go-live.
• As part of the Technical Readiness Stream, you are responsible for creating the technical prerequisites for a stable go-live and subsequent operational use.
• You plan, coordinate, and track technical readiness topics such as system deployments, interface connections, tests, and readiness assessments.
• You manage technical migrations and go-live preparations, including cutover planning and management of technical dependencies.
• You consolidate status information, create meaningful reports, and ensure transparency regarding progress, risks, and areas for action.
• You identify technical risks and critical dependencies early on, assess their impact, and initiate countermeasures or escalate to the relevant stakeholders if necessary.

Your qualifications:

• You have successfully completed a degree in business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification.
• You are experienced in managing complex IT transformation and change projects.
• You have in-depth experience in planning and executing technical go-live, cutover, and migration activities.
• You have a good understanding of IT system architectures and ideally knowledge of established architecture frameworks; TOGAF certification or similar is a plus!
• You can present complex technical information in a way that is appropriate for the target audience and communicate it convincingly to management, specialist departments and IT stakeholders.
• You work independently and in a solution-oriented manner, possess a strong hands-on mentality, and consistently drive projects forward to a successful conclusion.
