TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Manager) and SCCM (Configuration Manager).
  • Proven experience executing SCCM to Intune migration projects in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Co-management setup and deployment
  • Autopilot and Hybrid Azure AD Join
  • PowerShell scripting for automation and remediation
  • Conditional Access and Azure AD policies
  • App packaging (Win32/MSI) and deployment in Intune
  • BitLocker management via Intune
  • Familiarity with Defender for Endpoint, Endpoint Analytics, and compliance reporting.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize legacy SCCM collections, deployments, and GPOs for the modern cloud-based model.

SOFT SKILLS

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to lead technical workshops and present migration strategies to business and IT leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical lead and SME for the SCCM to Intune migration project.
  • Design and implement device management policies, compliance settings, and deployment strategies in Microsoft Intune.
  • Manage and configure Microsoft Intune for device management and security.
  • Implement and maintain Autopilot profiles for seamless deployment of operating systems.
  • Test and validate operating systems built using Autopilot on a variety of hardware models.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Intune and Autopilot deployments.
  • Coordinate with customers on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful deployment and operation.
  • Collaborate with security teams to finalize security configurations and ensure compliance. Incorporate the same in the design documentation.
  • Work closely with customer IT and support teams to ensure smooth operation and deployment of devices in the estate.
  • Lead the transition from on-premises SCCM infrastructure to cloud-based Intune for Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS endpoints.
  • Plan and execute co-management, Autopilot deployment, modern application packaging, and Win32 app migration.
  • Work with internal IT, infrastructure, security, and desktop engineering teams to ensure a smooth migration with minimal disruption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve L3-level issues related to Intune enrollment, compliance, app deployment, conditional access, and co-management.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for operational support teams post-migration.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft or vendor partners for advanced support or escalations if needed.
