JOB DESCRIPTION

The IT UX and Tech Support

The selected IT UX and Tech support will have the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with developers, IT Operations and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors and pain points
  • Translate and communicate to the business and non-technical stakeholders complex IT services and products
  • Analyze feedback and usage data to continuously improve user interfaces and experience
  • Create communications and user guides to support deployments
  • Create presentations to communicate to the business of existing and upcoming IT Operations and Delivery products and services

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor of Science Degree and 9 years of related experience; Master’s Degree and 7 years of related experience.
* Must be a CURRENT employee *

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The following qualifications are preferred:

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, coordination and communication (oral and written) skills
  • Knowledge and experience with new IT products at Ingalls, including Okta, Yubikey, Zscaler and M36
