We’re looking for an IT Vendor Manager to oversee our strategic vendor relationships and ensure that third-party technology and service providers deliver exceptional performance and value. This role is vital to our operational resilience and growth, requiring a strong focus on governance, negotiation, compliance, and service excellence. If you bring deep experience in vendor governance, SLA monitoring, and stakeholder engagement within high-availability environments, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (e.g., Information Technology, Business, Engineering).
• Familiarity with financial planning and vendor budgeting is a plus.
• Knowledge of third-party risk management frameworks.
• Experience working with legal teams on complex vendor contracts.
