Act as the country’s Business IT face to users, ensuring reliable devices, access, printing and site technology, and coordinating vendors and Infra-Tech/Corporate for any backend services. Drive SLAs, adoption, documentation, and continuous improvement. This role does not own network/server engineering; it coordinates those with APAC Infra-Tech team. Key responsibilities Workplace projects (as Business IT lead / Infra-Tech partner) Lead the Business IT workstream for office relocation/opening/M&A integrations; project planning, manage schedules, user communications, and vendor coordination for tech fit outs Coordinate with Infra-Tech for network/ISP installation& replacement/Server backups & recovery/server-side tasks; track risks/issues and verify business outcomes Endpoint & workplace operations IT hardware/device lifecycle management (provisioning, deploy, replace, retire) using the corporate endpoint management platform (e.g., Intune/MEM) per Sika global standards Validate new laptop models, Windows new version rollout readiness Printers/MFPs, fax management system, end-user telephony/PBX incident coordination (vendor-led) Overall IT hardware purchasing and disposal process such as quotations, PR creation, fixed asset registration Service delivery & 2nd line support Handle escalated tickets from 1st line; manage communications with users and handoffs to vendors/Infra-Tech when needed Own “hands/eyes” on site when needed (e.g., supervising a vendor to rack a switch, plugging patch cables following a change plan supplied by Infra-Tech) Maintain high-quality knowledge articles and user guides Identity, access & data stewardship Design folder structure for file server, setup access groups per approved requests or organization structure change Coordinate data moves/clean-ups with Business; ensure approvals and audit trails Vendor & contract coordination Day-to-day vendor management: providing instruction, overseeing and optimizing relationships with suppliers to ensure efficient service delivery, cost control and risk mitigation, contract renewal or vendor assessment Risk, compliance & audit Ensure Workplace services comply with Sika policies/ICS/audits Track vulnerability remediation status for endpoints; raise/monitor server items with Infra-Tech and confirm closure with the business 資格 Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information technology and/or 5+ year work experience in Workplace/End-user computing/IT service delivery (in-house) including vendor coordination and ITSM/ITIL in at least 3+ experience in a management role Proven experience in project management, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously Strong M365 basics, printing/MFPs and end-user telephony coordination Working understanding (not engineering-depth) of Active Directory, basic networking concept (IP, VLAN, WiFi) Project coordination skills for workplace projects such as office moves/openings and OS/hardware replacement.
