As a leading Managed Service Provider offering 24/7 IT support and infrastructure solutions to clients around the world, you’ll be an integral part of our Spares, Repairs, and Logistics team. Based predominantly in the Configuration Staging Area, you’ll be involved in imaging, configuring, and maintaining a variety of IT equipment, including PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Configuration & Imaging: Primarily working in the Configuration Staging Area to image and configure PCs, laptops, tablets, and smartphones, ensuring everything meets customer service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Telephony & Tablet Management: Take on the management of telephony systems and tablets, supporting device maintenance and updates.
  • Problem Solving & Repairs: Diagnose and repair IT equipment, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards and client expectations.
  • Hardware & Asset Management: Organize the collection of leaver equipment and assist with hardware asset management tickets, ensuring service level agreements are met and that all updates are recorded accurately in the required databases or spreadsheets.
  • Logistics Support: Assist with deliveries and shipments, including Booking In and Booking Out of equipment, ensuring all data is recorded in the appropriate systems.
  • Learning & Growth: Constantly build on your technical knowledge through hands-on tasks and training, while contributing to the success of the team.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure that all tasks are carried out in compliance with company health and safety guidelines.
